You need yourself to live this beautiful life not tons of money, I know we need money but we are not hungry for that. If you can satisfy yourself then you will achieve peace in mind, if you have peace in mind you will live more happy and alive.

The world is not about sunshine’s, rainbows and beauty its about an experience we only get once!

Have a life to be an idol for your generations, have a life fulfilled to smile all the time. Have a life which can help others, have a life which can bring happiness in someone else life.

Light up the life!

Light up the life like a bright sun in dark night,
light up the sky with your eyes like stars shining bright.
lift yourself up, go cross your boundaries and limits,
its time to full fill your dreams and things you want to filled with.

A life, one time,
no more chance to live by,
take care of every second hold near your neck like tie.
time keeps on changing no matter what comes in.
what are you waiting for-be dynamic, move on to the peak,
slay your fears, slay your pain, life is not a checkbox to get ticks.
It keeps on giving you hits or thrown you in bits.

You need to fight, you need to figure out the risks,
Beacuse you are the only source to your life dont just sit and miss,
Stand out, don’t stand still, run, fight make every second worth living like the last day of your live.

Life is changing like skins,
A new layer adding up making it strong and bliss.
Fill up the life,
Fill up your mind,
Fill up your heart,
With lots of lots of smiles,
Bring down all sources of pain,
Crush it under your foot steps,
Not letting any source of pain hitting your head,

A time, a day in my life,
Thinking about my past, present and worrying about future time.

Imagining my life in flow & going through a hard time,
Still trying to smile and keeping my happiness strong on my face, letting the world know I am still in the race.
I can fight the race in all time with pace.

This is our life want to be happy, want to earn money, want to achieve our dream and want peace in life.
Dream life , beautiful life and all imaginative senses of living life.

We only can control situations only when we have control in time and descisions.

Tough and pleasing both comes in life, everything situation have it’s lifeline.

Getting afraid will make the time worse to fight.

The situation comes in our life , we need to face it , we need to tackle it and

Every step we take, every move we make affect out path,
changing our direction, trying to make a sense to the past or leading with the present everything have a contribution to the future time.

Destiny is always going to be same,
but we choose direction and the definition of our way to life to lead the destination in easy or tough way.

Thinking, Dreaming and Imagining can’t change our life,
Being practical will lead our life to a better place and time.

Sadness, sorrow, worries are not depression!

What is sadness?  What is Sorrow?What is worries? What is Depression? How sadness, sorrow and worries are different from depression?

Lets break down the emotions and let get to know about the basic emotion of life.

What is Sadness?

Sadness in simple words is a feeling of discomfort, a feeling of reasonable pain, a point of life when you feel, why things happened with you, or why it is happening with you, etc all this consists the answer or what is sadness.

Sadness is an emotional pain associated with, or characterized by, feelings of disadvantage, loss, despair, grief, helplessness, disappointment and sorrow. An individual experiencing sadness may become quiet or lethargic, and withdraw themselves from others. An example of severe sadness is depression. Crying can be an indication of sadness.

 

What is sorrow?

Sorrow is like th big brother of sadness, in this kind of situation a person feel very much in pain, a person found the sadness is grown a little more, and that person is experiencing more pain, the intensity is increasing, the person is hurt form inside and it is giving him/her pain in heart.

Sorrow is an emotion, feeling, or sentiment. Sorrow “is more ‘intense’ than sadness… it implies a long-term state”. At the same time “sorrow — but not unhappiness — suggests a degree of resignation… which lends sorrow its peculiar air of dignity”.

Moreover, “in terms of attitude, sorrow can be said to be half way between sadness (accepting) and distress (not accepting)”.

 

What is Worries?

Worries in simple words are the thoughts that keeps on poking you again and again, making you remember the things you want, need, happened, refused, future, past, present, and many other situation, in your mind and not letting you be in peace.

Worry refers to the thoughts, images, and emotions of a negative nature in a repetitive, uncontrollable manner that results from a proactive cognitive risk analysis made to avoid or solve anticipated potential threats and their potential consequences. Worry is described as a response to a moderate challenge for when the subject has inadequate skills. Worry turns to be problematic if one has been excessively apprehensive more days than not for at least six months.

 

What is Depression?

Depression is a emotional and mental health disorder or a condition marked by an Overwhelming feeling of sadness, isolation, loneliness, fear and despair that affect how a person live, thinks, feels and functions.

Depression is a condition which affect significantly with a person’s every second, minute and hour. Destroys every single day, daily life and prompt thoughts to self harm, self pain and suicide.

Depression is a very different kind of pain that is totally different from sadness, sorrow or pain caused by some life experiences like loosing a game or losing a challenge.

Depression don’t knock the door or your home, of your mind or your heart, it comes with some thoughts, some sorrow that is not healing, some pain that is not letting you smile, some emotions that is making you stuck and confusing your mind.

Depression can affect all human being at all ages, in races and socioeconomic classes. Depression can strike anyone and any part of everyone’s life.

The condition of depression is found in twice as many women as men, according to the National Institute of Mental Health.

In recent survey on the depression, the rate growth is shocking in human’s life. The survey say’s that in every 20 person there is one person who is suffering from depression. And this rate is increasing and in upcoming years the depression will take more life then any other thing in this world.

Depression is a state of low mood and aversion to activity that can affect a person’s thoughts, behavior, tendencies, feelings, and sense of well-being. A depressed mood is a normal temporary reaction to life events such as loss of a loved one. It is also a symptom of some physical diseases and a side effect of some drugs and medical treatments. Depressed mood is also a symptom of some mood disorders such as major depressive disorder or dysthymia.

Conclusion:

Every emotions have different values and different roles in life, knowing the basic reason and the emotions will help you out to find the situations and will make you save money. Because all these human emotions can be healed by continues counsellings, and you really don’t need any doctors and medicines.

The biggest reason of depression now days are getting born from social media!
We are not saying to stop we are saying to limit it to a extent, where you are less affected by the glamor and rich life.
