The crier of sadness, the moments of self pain,

the time of realisation, that you are worth nothing but a just a game.

You are being sad, you are being in sorrow,

time and time it is poking you, not letting you live the way you want,

the time you realise, it too late to take a step against the pain that already took you in dark age.

The feeling of discomfort, the emotional weakness,

feeling to take more pain, or just finishing yourself to the end,

the cause of irritation, the cause of fatigue,

difficult to concentrate, nothing seem to be good in our brains.

Hopelessness is killing the self human being,

me, you we all can be in the atmosphere of his rage.

it doesent see age, gender or time to pull you in its range

giving you a slow death is its ultimate aim.

It comes with frustration, sorrow, sadness, loneliness and a tons of feeling of pain, Depression its real name.

Depression is a emotional and mental health disorder or a condition marked by an Overwhelming feeling of sadness, isolation, loneliness, fear and despair that affect how a person live, thinks, feels and functions.

Depression is a condition which affect significantly with a person’s every second, minute and hour. Destroys every single day, daily life and prompt thoughts to self harm, self pain and suicide.

Depression is a very different kind of pain that is totally different from sadness, sorrow or pain caused by some life experiences like loosing a game or losing a challenge.

Depression don’t knock the door or your home, of your mind or your heart, it comes with some thoughts, some sorrow that is not healing, some pain that is not letting you smile, some emotions that is making you stuck and confusing your mind.

Depression can affect all human being at all ages, in races and socioeconomic classes. Depression can strike anyone and any part of everyone’s life.

In recent survey on the depression, the rate growth is shocking in human’s life. The survey say’s that in every 20 person there is one person who is suffering from depression. And this rate is increasing and in upcoming years the depression will take more life then any other thing in this world.

Depression has it levels and types, there are mainly nine types of depression, these are categorise based on different level, different cases and different symptoms etc.

Major depression

Major depression is a type of depression in which a person looses his/her interest in daily activities, gain weight or loss in weight, feeling tired, energy less, thoughts of self harm, getting agitated in small, small things etc these were some of the factors which can tell, if someone have this type of depression or not.

Bipolar Disorder

Bipolar disorder also called as “manic depression” the reason it is called so because it has mood episodes that range from extremes or high energy with an “up” mood to low “depressive” period. Mainly this type of depression affect the behaviour of a person.

Persistent Depressive Disorder

Persistent depressive disorder also known as low grade persistent depression, person with this type of depression face change in appetite, lack of sleep or more sleep, fatigue, low confidence and self-esteem, feeling hopeless and sometimes concentrating and making decision.

This is called persistent depressive disorder because these type of depression last for more them 2 year, if your depression is lasting till 2 year then you have persistent depressive disorder.

‘Situational’ Depression

Situational depression is a kind of daily day depression in which, due to some reasons or pressure you feel depressed, or due to some big incident that indulge you in deep sadness.

Atypical Depression

Atypical depression is a kind of depression in which there is increase in appetite, increase in sleep time, feeling oversensitive to criticism etc. This type of depression can be cured with some positive event or activity.

Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

Seasonal affective disorder is a different kind of depression that is most often happens during the winter months. And SAD typically goes away in the spring and summer.

Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD)

Premenstrual Dysphoric disorder is found in women at the start of their period. PMDD depression comes with mood swings, anxiety, fatigue, irritability, change in appetite and feeling of being overwhelmed.

Psychotic Depression

Psychotic depression is almost same as majoy depression along with hallucinations, delusions and paranoia.

Peripartum (Postpartum) Depression

Commonly, Peripartum depression occurs in women in the weeks and month after childbirth.

The causes of depression can involve many things, starting from a small though to a big incident happened in life. There is no exact reason for depression but scientists thinks it is because of imbalance in the brain’s signaling chemicals.

Moreover, some situations of life are also associated, including early childhood trauma, the death of a loved one, pressure, physical pain, physical imbalance, financial troubles or a divorce.

To describe depression in one line, It is caused by a combination of genetic, biological, psychological and environmental factors.

Also, some of the medical conditions can also trigger depression, including cancer, heart disease, thyroid and other significant illnesses. In many cases depression is also found due to hormonal changes in body.
